Agreement is a contract between you and
COASTBILADIES.COM. Please read it in it's
entirety carefully before joining. By becoming a
Member and Clicking "I AGREE" below,
you are indicating that you have read and agree
to be bound by all of the Terms and Conditions of
this Agreement while you are a Member. If you do
not agree to the terms, DO NOT

WOMEN ONLY! By becoming a Member, you represent
and warrant that you are at least 18 years of
age, are a REAL woman and agree to the following

Your Obligations
Your Membership is for your sole, personal use
ONLY. You may not allow others to use your
Membership and you may not assign nor otherwise
transfer your Membership to any other person or
entity. You, the female Member (not your
significant other), are solely responsible for
the content of information you publish or display
("post") on the website or transmit to
other Members. You will not post or transmit to
other Members any item that is defamatory,
inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive,
threatening, harassing, racially offensive or
illegal, or any material that infringes or
violates another’s rights (including but not
limited to intellectual property rights and
rights of privacy and
publicity).Coastbiladies.com reserves the right
to reject any photos it deems unacceptable.
Adult Related Material
This
web site contains adult related material. If this
type of material offends you, then please DO
NOT JOIN.
Member Pages
You
will not post to your home page any photos
containing children or child pornography of any
kind. Anyone posting pictures of minors will be
terminated from Membership. Please do not post
pictures holding children. Pictures should be
posted of you and you only. Anyone found to post
a fake picture, that is not of them will be
removed from the website. All home pages must
contain a valid email address. Your email address
is the only way that we and other Members have to
contact you. Should there be a problem with your
account or you lose the password info, contact us
using the email address you used to sign up for
Membership. Failure on your part to provide a
valid email address may cause your Membership to
be terminated.
Message Board and Chat Rooms
Members acknowledge that any postings may be
edited, removed, modified, published, transmitted
and/or displayed. In addition, the Member
warrants that all rights in any upload materials
have been waived. Please use your best judgment,
and be respectful of other individuals using the
message board. Members shall remain solely
responsible for the content of their messages.
Meeting Parties Rules
Our
party locations and dates are for our Members ONLY
and not public information to be shared with
non-Members nor posted on any other website. You
must be a Member of the site to attend a party.
Members are responsible for their guest/s and
significant other's behavior and actions at any
meeting party.The meeting parties are strictly
for the purpose of socializing, dancing and
meeting other like minded ladies. Membership in
this site does not promote, promise, imply nor
arrange for any guarantee of sex or sexual
activities between consenting adults. Discretion
is REQUIRED at our events. What goes on at
a meeting party STAYS at the
meeting party.
Termination
of Membership
Either party may terminate this Agreement and
Membership at any time for any reason, effective
upon sending written email notice to the other
party. coastbiladies.com reserves the right to
immediately suspend or terminate your access to
the website, without notice, upon your breach of
any of the terms of this Agreement.
Spamming
Policy
You will not engage in any junk email,
advertising to or solicitation of other Members
to buy or sell any products or services. Anyone
found advertising via a picture posting or from
within your home page, message board, chat room
or email message will be removed without refund.
This system is for bi ladies to meet other bi
ladies only; it is not to better your business.
Refunds
Coastbiladies.com does not make refunds for any
reason.
Privacy
Policy
- We will not attempt to collect
information specific to you without your
knowledge. We may analyze the anonymous,
aggregate information generated by your
visit, such as server logs, to determine
visitor traffic patterns, but this
information will not be tied to you
directly.
- When requesting information, the reason
